All sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once a photoshoot has begun.

Ship your products to the address provided in your order confirmation email. Once we receive your product, we will start processing your project.

If you need your product returned to you, your MUST include a pre-paid return shipping label when sending the product to us. Otherwise, products will be discarded after 30 days.

When you place an order on our site, you are granted a license to use the photos in perpetuity without any royalty fees. Read our full usage policy.

All packages include basic editing for brightness, color, and touch-up to make your product look its best. Orders for products needing extensive touch-up may be canceled or shot as-is. We will let you know if this is the case and let you decide how to proceed.

All Packages will be delivered via digital download.

You will receive a full size .jpg 5000x3750 Pixels 300dpi version of each picture.

ONE optional web ready .jpg version of each photo may be included for free only if specified in the notes when placing the order.
